Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Schedule a FREE consultation for a time which is convenient for you. The consultation will help you and your trainer determine your current fitness level and personal fitness goals. The consultation will also give you and your trainer an opportunity know each other and determine days and times which will work for you.

Are there memberships?

No. FISICO is committed to a personalized experience. The only people who will be in FISICO at the same time as you will be other people training and their trainers. This helps to maintain a comfortable, non-threatening atmosphere.

Do you have shower facilities?

Yes. Two brand new, private shower areas are available to all clients training at FISICO.

What is the cost?

Costs vary based on the number of sessions you are interested in. Typically the session costs are between sixty and seventy dollars. See the Pricing page for details.

Can I work out with a friend?

Yes. Working out with a friend can improve commitment and results. It will also reduce overall costs per session.  See the Pricing page for details.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are one hour long and can be scheduled directly with your trainer.

What are the hours of operation?

Typically 6 am to 8pm. This can vary due to trainer and client scheduling.

Can I use the cardio equipment when not training?

Yes, but only right before or right after your scheduled appointment. Because FISICO is open by appointment only, we cannot offer an ‘open door’ policy for the cardio equipment.

How often do I have to work out with a trainer?

This will be determined by you and your trainer. Most programs are based on your specific fitness goals and schedule availability. Some current clients work out multiple times a week. Others come in a couple times a month to re-establish focus to their personal routines.

Are the Trainers Certified?

All trainers are required to be certified by a nationally recognized certifying body. Certifications are maintained through continuing education on an annual basis. Additionally, all trainers are required to have current CPR certification.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We understand, life happens. This means cancellations are unavoidable. To ensure you are not charged for your cancellation, we recommend cancelling with at least a 24 hour notice.
