Boot Camp
A great full body workout. Always a different workout-keep your body guessing! Class incorporates balls weights, ropes, bosus and TRX. Great for all levels.
- Saturdays at 7:30am and Tuesdays at 1:00pm
- $20/session
Jump Rope Class
Best way to burn calories QUICK! We will break between jumping and work on core and upper body strength. 45 mins of intensity!
- Mondays at 10:15am and Wednesdays at 8:15am

Yoga
Become stronger and more flexible – physically, yes – but mentally as well… Bring balance to your life and feel more confident, more comfortable in your own skin. Yoga is suitable for EVERYONE – no matter your age, shape/size, or experience level. Each class will include options for beginners, as well as for experienced yogis.

Kettlebell Classes
Kettlebell training strengthens the stabilizer muscles in your body (your core), which gives you strength you can apply in real life. Kettlebell exercises also teach you to use a full range of motion and strengthen your entire body at one time. Using your whole body dynamically is the best way to train yourself for overall fitness and strength. Whether your goal is improved coordination and balance, cardio-vascular fitness, fat loss, or dynamic strength for sporting events, kettlebells are by far the most efficient means possible. Even if your primary goal is to lose fat, you will gain strength and endurance as well. If your main concern is to become stronger, you will do so, while also improving your overall conditioning.
Beginner’s class
- Mondays at 5:15pm, Wednesdays at 6:00pm and Fridays at 9:00am

Cardio Kickboxing
Get ready to kick your workout up a notch!! Kickboxing is a fun, high energy class that combines kicking, punching and cardio drills for one sweat inducing total body workout! Gloves are optional.
- Mondays at 7:15 and Thursdays at 6:30pm
- $12 per class or $80 for a punch card (8 sessions)
